Action Research
Our staff are always looking to provide our children with an ambitious and engaging curriculum, whilst identifying areas for development using research. Through action research, our staff identify an area for development make an initial observation, plan their next steps, implement their ideas and research and assess the impact. All staff reflect upon their research , share success, challenges and their next steps.
